What Is Premium Residency?
Premium Residency is a permanent residency program launched by Saudi Arabia under Vision 2030. It grants qualified foreign investors and their immediate families full residency status without needing a Saudi sponsor β with rights including property ownership, business operations, and unrestricted residence.
Eligibility Requirements
Qualifying Property Investment
Minimum SAR 4,000,000 (~USD 1.07M) in Saudi residential real estate. The property must be completed and registered in the investor's name.
No Criminal Record
Applicants and family members must demonstrate a clean criminal record from their country of origin and any country of prior residence.
Health Insurance Coverage
Valid health insurance for the investor and all included family members is required as part of the application.
